  • Image rights (Only with express consent): Capture and publish photographs or videos of students in academy activities on our website and social networks, exclusively if explicitly authorized in the enrollment form.

3. Legal Basis

The legal basis for processing your data is:

  • Execution of a contract: For the provision of teaching services (Art. 6.1.b GDPR). Without this data, we cannot enroll the student.
  • Legal obligation: To comply with our tax and accounting obligations (Art. 6.1.c GDPR).
  • Express consent: For the publication of images and videos. This consent is completely independent and optional. Under no circumstances does the withdrawal of this consent affect the execution of the teaching contract (Art. 6.1.a GDPR).

4. Data Retention

Personal data provided will be kept as long as the commercial or academic relationship is maintained. Once it ends, the data will be blocked for the years necessary to comply with legal obligations (e.g., 5 years for the Tax Agency regarding billing).

In the case of images and videos for social media, they will remain published indefinitely until the interested party (or their legal guardian) requests their deletion or revokes consent.

5. Data Recipients

Your data will not be sold, rented, or transferred to third parties under any circumstances, except under legal obligation or strict necessity for the service. Possible legitimate transfers include:

  • Public Administrations and Banks: To comply with tax obligations and manage direct debit payments.
  • Service providers: (Data processors) such as web hosting platforms, corporate email, or tax advisory services, always under strict confidentiality contracts and GDPR compliance.
